Old HD not recognized?

Well, its simple.

i have 2x74 gig raptors, and one 120gig samsung drive, all sata. i decided to reinstall windows today ( windows 2000). Backed up everything on the samsung drive and the install went fine set up everything and all the drivers. But i cannot seem to enter the samsung drive. it is recognized but windows refuses to let me into the drive it says F is not accessible, access denied.

any help would be appreciated! I cant seem to think of anything to resolve the issue.

Is it seen in XP disc management? if so try changing the drive letter maybe and try accessing it again?

yeah i tried already to change the drive letter, but no use.

it is recognised in the management control centre, and its status is healthy and it is recognised.

but just wont let me access it.
