Old hdd

So I want to use my old HDD but I plugged it in and its not really being seen, on disk management it doesnt have a letter assigned and is FAT file system with healthy EISA configuration and capacity of 55mb with 87% free space
I have no clue what all that means but I'd just like to format it somehow..?

If you don't need any data from the drive try deleting any existing partitions in disk management, then creating a new NTFS volume. Know what type of drive it is?
