Hi, it's been like a zillion yrs since I've needed to buy a standard regular old PCI graphics card.. We are talking regular PCI here and NOT PCI-E

Anyway, i'm fixing a pc for a friend, just a typical Dell Dimension 2400 with a broken onboard graphics vga adapter. User snapped of of the pins. So i want to buy just a regular PCI graphics card to fit one of the availbile pci slots...

However some of the so called regular PCI cards have two grooves.. Someone please remind me, will this work on a regular PCI slot?

Or do I need to find something with JUST THE ONE groove, such as this.

This PC isn't going to any games outside of Solitare, so i don't need it to do anything more than 1280 x 1024, and i'm just going to buy from an auction site for a few quid.

Yeah those two keys in the card's connectors mean it's universal, it works on both 5v and 3.3v PCI sockets. The ones without the key won't work in certain motherboards.
