i got this rig about 5 years ago. was gonna sell it to help fund a new rig.
but im thinking i could keep it and use it as my window
into overclocking seeing as im a learner instead of riskin
the new rig. heres sum specs.

CPU - AMD Athlon 64 X2 4200+
Board - Asus A8N32-SLI DELUXE (Socket 939)
Chipset - NVIDIA nForce4 SLI X16 (NVIDIA nForce SPP 100 + NVIDIA nForce4 SLI)
System bus - 2000 / 1600 MT/s
Board Overclocking Features - AI NOS. AI Overclocking. Precision Tweaker. SFS. Overclocking Protection.
Expansion Slots - 2x PCI-E x16 - 1x PCI-E x4

Memory - 2GB DDR
(but it says on box for motherboard that it has "Dual channel memory Architecture")

GPU - BFG NVIDIA GeForce 8800 GTS (its an Overclocked edition)
Core clock 580Mhz Memory clock 1700mhz

I no the memory is a bit ruff but wot are the other parts like
would it be worth fiddlein around with? :)

2.9 sounds good. :)

wot is DDR Dual channel like for overclocking?
would it be worth trying to get 4gb on the cheap
and filling the board?

would i be able to use PC-3200 184 pin DDR Ram ?

heres a bit more info off the box on my board memory support

- Dual Channel Memory architecture
- 4 x DIMM, max 4GB, DDR 400/333/266, ECC, non-ECC, un buffered memory
