I've just accidentally caught the start of a program on BBC Four, called "From A to B modern motoring".

There was a trance track at the beginning, from maybe early 90s.

Lyrics went.... "You got to know how to .... "

.... could either be "move to the beat" or "dance with me".

Bit vague...

EDIT

IT'S AVAILABLE!!

First track a few seconds in, and it's

"You've got to know how you make me feel"

EDIT 2

Found it, Cappella - U got 2 know

Ok, hum this to yourself quite quickly and you'll get it... (hopefully).

NAAH-nah NAAH-nah.....nah nah NAAH-nah NAAH-nah... nah nah NAAH-nah NAAH-nah.... "You've got to know how to move your feet?!?" :D :p

Was around the era of 2Unlimited etc.

When the iPlayer video comes online you'll see how great my example above was.
