Old Unreal 3 engine screens...

Sorry, i dont know if its called unreal 3 engine or unreal tournament 2007 engine.. but the question is...

From the old screens that seemed amazing a while back i remember gothic buildings and Alien monster dudes with big meatheads and armor etc...

Were them screens from Gears of War?
