My Google-fu is failing me here. We moved into a house a couple of years ago and we're waiting to get an extension done. In the meantime the main bathroom is perfectly serviceable and clean, so I don't want to mess around with that just yet.
The problem I have is that the shaver socket has recently failed, the transformer is making a weird noise. Great I thought, I'll nip to Screwfix and get a replacement. However, it looks like since the bathroom here was fitted shaver sockets have got slightly longer and it doesn't fit. Is there anywhere I can buy an older style shaver socket anywhere to get me by for a year or two? I don't want to go to the bother of cutting tiles and fitting anew back box.
