Sorry for another watch thread but I need some info on this watch.

I'm pretty much dead set on this watch but would like to know the best place to get it. Looking around, most stores want around £1800 but I've found it online for ~£1500.

Is this site any good and are they trustworthy - last thing I want is to end up with an expensive fake!!

Should I expect to be able to haggle an independent dealer down past the £1500 or will Blitzwatches be the best price?

i would go down to the local dealer and haggle
as for buying it from them all i can say is that omega does not like its watches sold from the internet so some place that sell them remove the serial numbers from the outer casing so they cannot be identified,
i am sure the best person for advice is rotty if anyone know he will

I paid £1450 for mine ( 45mm , black / bracelet ) at the local dealer

List price has gone up 350 since then dso £1500 should be easy at a delaer

Omegas from blitz do not have an official warranty ( but they do still have serial number )

I really do like the orange PO, I would look at a pre owned one. The often come up for sale on www.timezone.com if you can get someone to carry it back from the us for you you will save quite a lot.

If you are willing to pay a little more you can get a nice Explorer II which I think is a nicer watch but I am a big rolex fan so I would say that

I think if he is looking at a 45mm PO then an EXPII would feel quite unsubstantial
