I know its a bit daft but going with people who i usually see wearing hiviz jackets.....they tend to wear the same jumper/zipper for the whole week so he will be spotted a mile off.

Mr cut in his head is just as bad...not as bad as mr ned with his face looking like a knots and crosses grid that i bumped into the other day.
