So is there no way to switch searches between images and the web other than physically going back to the main google page, clicking images and typing the same seach in all over again? This is such a pain the the ass.

It says they collect info about nearby wireless access points and my IP address!

I don't have a wireless connection, so how the hell can they get such accurate results with just my IP address! Unless my ISP is giving away too much info!

Hmm... I don't think so, at least not in my case.

My exchange is about a mile away, and it manages to get my location correct to within 10 meters.

it's there an the first page and i can select images before i search, but after searching or if using the FF search bar its not there.

This is quite annoying. Used to be able to switch between searches with ease. Now you have to make sure you select the correct search to begin with.

What on earth are google thinking, reducing functionality.
