I see the favicon but no matter what I do I can't get it to appear on the bookmarks toolbar!

Delete the bookmark and add it again

This gentleman knows what he's talking about. Spie needs to have the person responsible beaten like stink until the work is done properly. Transparency and working on the bookmark bar.
