Yeh its great debating with people about my hotmail being closed down on msn, I use a @zen.co.uk addie, they still insist I will lose my email access.

To the errors in the emails, the best response I have got is 'people make mistakes'.

Now look over the whole of microsofts multiple 10000's pages, I bet there are only one or two, if that.

We (at work) once caught Microsoft out distributing viruses on training CDs, which just proves that anyone can make mistakes. Admittedly, they're not usually that blatant, and it was also quite a few years ago now.
