Could you stop jumping in misinterpreting things? Go on to VM's home page and read for yourself.
If you are on 2mb and you download more than 350mb between 4:00pm and 12:00am - you will be limited to 1mb for 4 hours.
If you are on 4mb and you download more than 750mb between 4:00pm and 12:00am - you will be limited to 2mb for 4 hours.
If you are on 20mb and you download 3gb between 4:00pm and 12:00am - you will be limited to 5mb for 4 hours.

since my upgrade to 20mb months ago its been
well worse than the 10mb service
upload is fine, download is pathetic, i get a slower speed on 20mb
than what i was getting with 10mb, VM are a bunch of crooks
putting up peoples bills for this crap
going to phone them tmr and ditch them and go with BE intenet
faster download and upload for £24.99 since theve upgraded my exchange
why iam paying VM £41 for this crap
surfing is well slow on youtube imageshack and few other sites i use.

Image shack has always been slow. Especially with large res images. And youtube is generally slow anyway, so your not the only one. But it's more server load and that they are in the US than your 20MB connection. Those sites will only give a couple of KB's when downloading.

My VM connection has never dropped below 13mb. Normally average about 14/15mb.
Paying £27/month for it. Pleased, and a hell of a lot better than going through a BT line and having to deal with them!

Knew the above speeds wouldn’t for long! Shame I'm in a 12mth contract because these speeds are appalling!! There is some serious capping going on here.
