Chat was full of people claiming I was a hacker on BF3 yesterday, they were all claiming I wasn't dying. Had a wee chuckle to myself when my stats came up at the end:
Kills 4
Deaths 11
I had that too once on Bad Company 2. They said I am cheating, so when I died I typed 'whine whine faggy cry I died whine' and they just said I must have turned the cheat off now. Sigh.
Like all the people who camp as attackers, then rush off as defenders

They'll be watching across the bomb sites but even as defending once the bomb is planted they don't get up and at least try & help
I don't understand how people can't tell the difference.
Like on BF3 I was on Gulf of Oman and there was a guy on the ship who was killing people all over the map. He was like 9 -0 before anyonne got a kill. Think he was using a magnum.

Indeed. I wish BF3 had a mode that you could only join if you had 50 hours of play time and a KD ratio of over 1.3 (for example), so retards can't join.
If the average player was actually good then BF would be an insanely good game. I find the quality of the rounds varies wildy as some people are just plain poo.
Also, why the **** do people stand in doorways so I can't get past?! A pet hate of mine on BF3!

guy could play properly but get the team winning or objectives won and have a low score .
guy could camp with sniper play metro only and sit right back have very high k/d and be the worst player to ever play bf3. this is what happens in 90 percent of games. then people look at there bl accuracy and k/d and sit back and say thats pro yo

Sniping from the uncap when on conquest with no bases left, or for the attackers on rush is the worst. I sometimes like to snipe, but I do think there needs to be a limit on the number of snipers on every rush round.

If anything it should only display a K/D ratio per class and per vehicle used. Not an overall average. How exactly are you meant to compare between someone who plays metro 64 exclusively to someone who plays exclusively air maps so they can sit in a chopper gunner seat or jet and then to a player who only plays rush or w/e. Mixed in that you're on the same leaderboard as those who play hardcore vs normal, or on 2000 ticket servers or instant vehicle respawns.
The stats are just utterly meaningless unless DICE limit ranked to set amount of tickets, default vehicle respawn times etc and even then give you more detailed breakdowns of K/D and SPM per game mode / map / weapon kit / vehicle used.
Happens a lot when I play Spy in TF2, most often when screwing with engineers.
They don't seem to understand that you can sap whilst disguised. I once got banned from a server for 30 minutes because the red team had 4 Engis set up in a corner with 4 turrets/dispensers, I sapped every single one of them and killed 2 of the engis.

Why is this surprising? The admins on BF3 are some of the worst that I've played with.
Yesterday I was accused of wall hacking because I was killing people easily in an APC :/.
My favourite hacking complaint was when the servers were still very poor and I was rubber banding like mad and running around the map completely unable to hit anything and no one could hit me so I would run up to people and spam the knife button until finally it registered, it was so funny. I was crying with laughter at the time running into groups of 10 lagging all over the place. Shocker that I got banned. Was the server fault though.

What I don't get is why some servers ban c4/noobtube but not claymore? Claymores are the worst implementation to the FPS genre of all time.

Score per minute is the one to look at.
Campers/ KD whores will be low as all hell objective takers + people who provides spots, ammo and med kits and repairs will be high.
just getting kills isn't enough to keep it high needs objectives and support points to keep it high.
Can't stand these snipers who do nothing but camp,even when the team needs flags they are just sitting there,i now knife my team mates who do this just to peeve them off and get moving.
Hardware ban is needed for players like you.
