I had this discussion in work today, i go to bed about 1am and wake up around half 7 so 6 1/2 hours or so. Wish i got 8, might get rid of these bags on the eyes.

4-5, Generally I'm in bed by 2am (unless someone's wrong on the internet) up at 7am. But I don't always get to sleep straight away and I usually wake up earlier than my alarm.

2-3 hrs when I have to go to uni the next day.
8-14 hours when I don't have to go to uni or decide not to that day.
10-16 hrs in the weekends.

Doesn't matter what time I go to bed, I'm awake by 6 AM regardless. No matter how much alcohol, how many 'substances', I am awake. 6 AM. Regardless.

I may feel like ****; look like ****; and, most likely, stll be half-****ed; but I'm awake.

Quite regimented. However on weekeneds, its much the same. No "lie ins", no duvet days. It's ****ing annoying. I really wish I could sleep and sleep and sleep like most people.

Ho hum.

assuming you mean when i am working then usually about 6.5. occasionally this is dropped down to 5 and I cope ok.

I sleep much much better with my ear plugs. Even if the wife isn't home I feel much more with it when I wake up after wearing the plugs than if I don't.

Six or seven usually. I really enjoy staying up late, but I also really enjoy getting up early, so it's a tough one. :o

About 7.5, try and get to bed for 11ish, up at 7, not considering I'm in work by 7.45, that's the perks of living walking distance from work.
