On and off

I recently brought a Gigabyte Z68X-UD4-B3 and when I force restart the pc it turns on and the off and then on and off again, it automatically turns on as well, I've changed mobo battery and this also happens when I exit the bios sometimes
Could this be because the board is dual bios and one of the bios is corrupt? If so how do I fix this?

Many Z77 boards dual boot on start up when training memory etc. Its nothing to worry about.

maybe worth to upgrade bios and then synchronize the backup bios with the main one?

my asus board did the same thing.
