On road mapping via the internet

Also, Chris. I think that contacting indigo is a smart move. If I had placed trust in a company to change my vehicles core settings, and it wasn't 100% what I wanted, or there was some doubt. I would expect them to fix it FOC.

Same happens here at ocuk when people buy bundles off us etc. If we don't get a clock spot on, we do everything in our power to fix it so that it falls within the customers expectations.

I know indigo are a top company from reading about their reputation after speaking with you but I just feel that you got a raw deal here and that they should rectify it before you seek assistance elsewhere.

I have spoken to TDI about my car already and they said that their procedure would be to map the car and then take it out with the customer to ensure they were 100% about the new settings.

I would assume indigo would strive to similar lengths?

So yeah Ant wants the car back on the rollers.

:)

End of the day it is in Ant's interest to sort the issue as it only looks good on him that he resolves an issue when something goes wrong.

This is why OcUK's customers ratings in the last 18 months have excelled in a positive way, because now customer satisfaction and happiness is hugely important to us. :)
