On Screen Keyboard

Hey guys, awhile back I enabled the on-screen keyboard in the login menu (didn't have a keyboard handy) no whenever I login the first thing to pop up is the on screen keyboard! I cant disable it

any suggestions how to stop it on start-up, I've checked in start-up folder and msconfig, its not listed

If you have vista

start>all programs>accessories>ease of access>ease of access center

check under "explore all settings", click on "use the computer without a mouse or keyboard"

uncheck box marked "use onscreen keyboard"; click apply.

then click on administrative settings in the left hand column; remove the tick from "apply all settings to the logon desktop"; click apply, save

edit: yeah I do have vista,
followed your steps I'll see how this goes.
