Great racing, although I cannot for the life of me understand how NZ at 8-1 up lost it 9-8. I'm guessing the next Cup will have lots of sponsors and bigger TV interest to help fund the series and not just a couple of mega rich guys.

I was reading the BBC News article estimating cost of over £100m to run a team. Not as expensive as F1 but the returns are a lot bigger in F1. In Americas cup sailing its about pride and honour, not so much how much money can be won, but Who has the best toys wins between some of the worlds richest old'boys.

Why pay millions to go into space when you can say you won the Americas cup.
