One Drive Issue

I Cut and Pasted a folder from my PC to One Drive. I didnt check the size, which was 600gb! I want to cancel this, but OneDrive doesnt actually let me.. Anyone know how? Pausing Sync doesnt help as it stops all my other folders Syncing!

Can you not just go into settings and untick that folder?

No, because it is currently syncing... What a stupid problem to have

Not sure if this will work but

- Pause the sync\close down One Drive
- Move the folder you don't want backing up out
- Create an empty folder with the same name as the 1 you want to exclude
- Un tick it from One Drive
- Move the folder back over
- Load One Drive

That doesn't work. Basically my files I cut and paste are in limbo, it's uploading so slow it's basically done 30gb of 700gb! But It seems I have no choice but to let it do its thing.. how stupid!

Exit one drive and move it manually. Make sure to use the actual location not the symbolic OneDrive icon.
