Yeah, its a few pennies more than I'm currently on
.I received the contract via email (a copy is being sent in the post too) yesterday. I guess this is as real as it gets. I just hope I've made the right decision now.

Don't dread it. Keep your notice short and to the point. If it's relevant, perhaps add a line or two saying how grateful you are for the opportunities you had in your current role etc etc. Don't burn bridges.

I intend to do so. They've been great!
Received my new contract in the post over the weekend. Signed them and handed in my notice during a meeting with the powers that be on Monday.
In short, it all went very well .
Start my new job in the middle of May. Will be sad to leave this place.
Hope my career shoots up another 10 fold after this!
