One of my HDs is LBA?

LBA/CHS Help

I've got three HDs.

80GB Seagate Barracuda (LBA)
160GB Maxtor D'Max 10+ (LBA)
250GB WD Caviar 16MB Cache (CHS)

When my PC is booting it shows a summary of the drives, and my new Caviar comes up as CHS, where as the other two are LBA. Is this bad?

Which is better/faster?

I just installed a new WD Caviar HDA and it's the only drive in CHS. I've no idea what that means though!
