One plus One battery issue

Obviously this may be a case across all androids, but i thought i would state what phone i had first.

there seems to be an issue of my battery dying extremely quickly, usually around 40% in the first hour of me being awake, this only includes checking my emails and messages, a quick resource collection on clash of clans and the odd snapchat check. then it is straight back into my pocket until breakfast time. then i have to nurse it through the day with power save mode.

i am just wondering if anyone else is having these problems at all, i am on giff gaff if that makes a difference, and i have also noticed that i am struggling for signal in most areas where i used to have full. maybe this is causing the battery issue, im not sure.

any help or pointers would be appreciated.

Drain the battery until it dies and then charge the phone to 100% without stopping. Drain again and recharge and that should properly calibrate the battery. My Nexus 10 had the issue but doing the steps above solved it.

Don't have anyway to help sorry but the Battery on my OPO has been pretty shoddy lately. Not as bad as yours but definitely draining way too fast. I can get up in the morning, send a couple of texts and check snapchat and that's it for most the day but the phone is always running hot and draining battery fast.

yeah, iv tried draining it from full and then recharging, but even charging seems to take much much longer than before, it would take 1.5/2 hours for a full charge, now it takes at least 4/5 to charge the battery to full.

at least i am not the only one in this situation, its not great for anyone but hopefully they can fix it with the next update.

I have had mine on daily use for 13 months now and my battery is still great, been using blisspop rom for the last few months with no problems.
