I've seen a few posts about one pot oats for breakfast

A quick <qork limited> google, doesn't shed much light

What are they and how does it work?

My understanding is that its basically yoghurt / greek yoghurt fat free etc, porridge oats, more yoghurt and then fruit frozen etc?

Google overnight oats ;)

I believe you can add anything to the oats such as water, milk, yoghurt etc. Once you've got the 'base mixture', add anything you want :)

Just make it exactly how you would your usual porridge but instead of cooking it stick it in the fridge the night before, there's no magic voodoo to it.
