Hey, hope you lot can help :)

I don't know if this is possible, but is there a SIM you can buy that will let you use all UK mobile networks? The reason I ask this is that I was in the lakes in the weekend and the missus is on O2, she could get perfect phone signal even at the top of Helvellyn, while I am on T-Mobile and couldn't get phone signal once we got off the M6!

The coverage of T-Mobile is pretty poor compared to Vodafone and O2 imo!

Cheers,

Craig

No there isn't, however, if you get a foreign contract then you can roam on to all UK networks. Will cost a fortune though.

Just been looking at a Dual SIM adapter, could be just the ticket... Do Vodafone or O2 do a PAYG card that do sent need £10 added to it every month? It is really only to be used as an emergency.

Cheers,

Craig

If you truly are in an emergency your phone will use whatever network there is when you dial 999.

For some reason my E65 just tells me there is no service at all, I didn't try and ring 999 for obvious reasons but when you have emergency calls only you normally get a message on the screen. There was defiantly mobile coverage from O2 because my girlfriend was standing next to me on the phone to her mum.

It will work. You can dial 999 or 112 without even having a sim card.
