As you can I have used 4.3gb, but I have now deleted most of that to 2.65gb, but its not freeing up the space and I have emptied the recycle bin... Why wont it free up the space and I did this a few days ago??

And it says I have lots of outlook attachments, even though all the folders are empty in outlook online. I dont understand why nothing is being freed up when I delete stuff??

I think the onedrive looks right to me, 2.65Gb is just over half your capacity allowance, and the blue bar looks to be sitting around 50%.

As for outlook attachments, I'm not sure what you mean by "all the folders are empty" - are you saying your entire mailbox is empty/has been deleted?
Yeah my mail box is empty as all my mail get sent to mozilla thunderbird and then it gets deleted off the sever...... But it says I have "outlook attachments",, where are these???

If you click the Outlook attachments link in your screenshot it should show you a list view of them.

If nothing is there then check the Deleted Items (on outlook.com not in Thunderbird), they may still either be in there or in a recoverable state which you may be able to manually clear.
Sorted thanks, There were 98,000 recoverable emails in the deleted items even though I had emptied that, but then they go into the recoverable part of the recycle bin, and dont appear until you click the link in the "deleted items". So thankyou for that, its taking forever to delete them though..lol

I thought it was something microsoft used with not recovering deleted space, so you have to buy more space.
