Online email alternative where you can log in and leave each other messages?

Hi all,

There are around 4 of us who want to say in contact regards a project we are working on and wanted to know if there is any kind of service where we can set up an account and then each one of us can just log in and leave message and info which can be viewed by the other 3 people when they log in.

Might need to plumb the murky depths of Facebook/MySpace and their ilk.

If any of you have web space, you could always install a quick n' dirty forum - phpbb or similar.

Why not just create an email account on GoogleMail and use the drafts section or something like that?

Or, as suggested, use a forum on your own webspace of course.

Don't really have to share files, just message and info etc.

May be I could just setup a google group instead of googlemail

Anybody have any other options?

Latter is Googledocs.
