Online shop not collecting faulty item - what responsibilities do I have?

What's the value? I ordered and received a faulty (fake) micro SD card from an amazon seller a couple of years ago. When I informed them it wasn't working, they refunded me in full plus £2 for my trouble and told me to keep/bin it.

Value was £150 and it was an eBay purchase. I always think of eBay as a middle man to lots of online shops.

I think you hold all the power here.

For 1 what can they really do about it if you put it in the bin? And for 2 they can't take any money off you for doing so.

If you want to do the honest thing send them a emails giving then 14 days to arrange collection or its going in the bin. If they don't then do what you want it it I say.
