Online store for electricals, begins with V and ends in B - Please help

The process was very easy to follow. Delivery exceeded expectation.

And then the one real review:
10-day delivery time is a lie. I've been waiting over 6 weeks and my item has still not been dispatched. I've been promised 4 different dates, all of which were failed despite over 20 emails and 10 phone calls.

To add insult to injury, I phoned customer services and asked to speak to a manager. I was told "he is on another line" and asked to hold...where I was left for 1 hour and three quarters before my phone battery died with the call still unanswered.

I would avoid this company at all costs and will never use them again. This is my worst even internet shopping experience.

Any helpful comments other than what I am already trying would be welcomed though
 
What is it about the internet that causes people to ignore all their suspicions and dive in head first? People pick the cheapest supplier they can find, do the closest thing to handing over cash that you can do online, and then start to wonder what just happened.

If these same people came across a market stall selling these products £20-£30 cheaper than they could find them for anywhere else and the place only took cash, wasn't prepared to give out any contact details and said they didn't have the products right now but they'll deliver it (honest), they'd run a mile.

I guess this is why the Government believes people need the state to look after them when it comes to the internet.
 
Case raised with Lloyds, if I dont have any luck with the company on the refund and 15 days pass then Lloyds will sort.

Also, I have "Never" been caught up with anything like this before, I am usually sharp when buying online, however this one time I let myself slip

This is not something I usually do

sorry just still annoyed this has happened, but slightly better that I have a bit of cover from Lloyds should this go wrong.

Also tablet ordered from Asda, pick up tomorrow afternoon :)
