Online store refusing to give refund

The return was paid for and provided by Entertainer, and a third party seems to collect all the returns on their behalf.

Hermes was the courier, which seems to be the Entertainers preferred choice
 
Your contract is with The Entertainer, their contract is with Hermes, keep pressing The Entertainer.

I had similar with an eBay seller before Christmas returned using eBays returns process, never made it to the seller, Paypal refunded me as it's eBays problem not mine.
 
And The Entertainer is supposedly a Christian company (why they are closed on Sundays) but apparently their customer service could be a little more customer-friendly.
 
Well it worked the advice from this thread, applied pressure on Paypal and social media and couple hours later a email confirming full refund.
