Online survey..any easy way to make one?

Hello all.

I am quite a noob when it comes to this sort of stuff….i am hoping I can get some help from you kind chaps.

I think I may need to make an online survey soon, all I am looking for is something quite simple with tick boxes then a submit button that sends results to email.

Is this hard to do ?.... any guides or help you can offer would be greatly appreciated

You will want some web space that supports CGI-Script, PHP, ASP or ASP.NET. Its not difficult to programe. Find a tutorial on it somewhere.

that looks surprisingly good for a free one, is there a catch ?

Not that I'm aware of, there is a limit to the number of questions you can ask etc in the free version if I remember correctly, but if it's more than you need it's no problem.
