I got my 27" iMac Core i5 back from Apple care just over 2 weeks ago now it had being sent in for a replacement Logic Board and also a new LCD Panel to try and fix the yellow tint.
I got it back everything was ok apart from the LCD panel which still had a slight yellow tinge but I could live with it.
From when I got it back I always thought it was running slower are something but I just thought that was my imagination until tonight when I was searching for something in Spotlight and I was thinking this is slow.
I went into the "About This Mac" tab and I found out this...
Now I don’t know maybe the first Dimm off ram has failed and is actually in there I have yet to open to find out! (Will do in the morning) Or maybe Apple has just forgotten to put my other 2 gig off Ram back in when it was getting repaired.
What do I do now? Do I just book a genius appointment and explain the situation their? Do you think they will have to send it away again or can they replace ram in store? Because atm I could really do with my iMac!
