Only one fanon AIO cooler lights up

can’t say for sure as i’ve only had it for a few days. Just noticed this afternoon that that every fan is green apart from the two as shown in the pic.

Right, just seen a pic i took on thursday and they were all green then. Maybe playing around in armoury crate has messed something up?!

ok so those two fans that were stuck on default (not green in pic) do not light up at all now. I know its a minor thing but I spent a lot of money on this pc and things like this are so annoying.

But with it just being the 2 fans going wrong it probably is best to contact OCUK and make use of your warranty, it may be something simple that they can talk you through.

Tried that no luck.
Will give them a call on Friday, hopefully it can be sorted on the phone as its not worth it shipping it back to them just for this.

I just sent back a 4070Ti which I disabled the RGB on as I hate it. recently, the RGB will randomly come on and start to flicker like mad for a random period of time and then go off. With a windows side case (Corsair 4000D) it drives me mad as its so off putting)

I could take taken the back plate off and unplugged the cable but when I got it at release for (March 2023) £830 there is no way I am putting up with it due to the amount it cost and regardless of if I use it or not I want it "fixed" lol

yeah true, it did cost a lot so it shouldn't be failing so soon.
Oof yeah that is annoying. Wonder how long you will be with out your gpu?

Unsure what's going to happen with it as the 4070Ti was replaced with the 4070 TI Super model and this is no longer available.

The GPU worked fine and it was just the RGB that was having issues.

Spoken to OCUK about the system yet or still troubleshooting?

hopefully you get sorted out quickly. Na haven’t called yet, busy day at work and then i played cyberpunk after. Will call on Friday
 
What on earth is going on. On Monday i realised that my slow wifi speeds were because i didn't have the wifi antenna plugged in. Looked in the mobo box and its not there either, contact ocuk who say they will ship one out asap and it should be with me by wednesday. I' chased up on Wednesday and they say it should be dispatched on thursday. I haven't received anything from dpd, sent another email to ocuk. This is super dissapointing, first the light failure ( which may not be their fault???) and now this issue with the antenna.

I also asked them why i was sold a motherboard without all accessories..
If it is a return then i don't think thats acceptable, i've paid just over 2k for the tower and I beleive that should be brand new parts.

*rant over*

edit: haven't called them about the led lights yet as busy at work but i will on mon/tuesday.
