Only one fanon AIO cooler lights up

Hello

I've been playing around with the rgb settings and have noticed only one fan from AIO cooler lights up. Any ideas?
The PC is a pre built from OCUK

Check the connection between the first and second, they're probably daisy chained.

Or, speak to OCUK, which is likely the best option of those two.

Just going through the settings in Asus armoury crate

It's not quite clear what you're saying. So did you go through the settings in Armoury Crate because of this, or did this happen after you'd been in there?

can’t say for sure as i’ve only had it for a few days. Just noticed this afternoon that that every fan is green apart from the two as shown in the pic.

I'd give them a call then, you might as well. You got a prebuilt so use the perk of tech support. Whatever is up, they'll be able to fix.

It's possible they're on a different RGB header to the other fans. Were they green before you started playing, or were the other fans blue by any chance?

They were all green on thursday so i don't know whats happened. Now the two that aren't green don't light up at all...

Right, just seen a pic i took on thursday and they were all green then. Maybe playing around in armoury crate has messed something up?!

That would be my guess. If it's anything like the Gigabyte cancer I'm using, you can click on each RGB connector on the board and set the colour. If one of them's showing as blue, that would be your problem.

It's also possible OCU used a separate RGB controller, so I'd definitely give them a call if you don't get anywhere with Armoury Crate.

ok so those two fans that were stuck on default (not green in pic) do not light up at all now. I know its a minor thing but I spent a lot of money on this pc and things like this are so annoying.

I don't have any ARGB, but can you not uninstall/disable Armoury Crate and try a 3rd party controller like SignalRGB?

But with it just being the 2 fans going wrong it probably is best to contact OCUK and make use of your warranty, it may be something simple that they can talk you through.

Tried that no luck.
Will give them a call on Friday, hopefully it can be sorted on the phone as its not worth it shipping it back to them just for this.

If you are using Windows 11 this can also take control of your RGB, have you looked at this at all?

Thanks for the tip, just had a play about and it doesn't appear to do anything at all..
