Oooh what's this...

Awesome, I had both eagles as well, they were great, not like the junk they make kids play with nowadays

Apart from the star trek dolls I had everything shown on this thread, I even had a kenworth recovery truck, two capri's and a transporter to go with them. I remember this vividly because somewhere I have a photo of myself as a kid, at my nan's, christmas 1979.

Lost all of them somewhere :(

When I first saw the pictures I thought 'Hah! Too old for me.' :p

Then I looked again and recognised the Saint's Jag, the Gran Torino (mine had the white stripe!) and the ol' Lotus F1 car. I think I may even have had the DB5 too. :o

I gave all mine away when I was 11. I regret that now. Just wish I'd kept that red/white Matchbox Dodge Challenger.

Bit before my time a lot of this stuff but I do have an original Thunderbird 2 die cast toy and a shed load of first gen micro machines.

I'm sad now I think of all the great toys I used to have (and how much they'd be worth now!) I used to have most of the first series Transformers :/

Stretch Armstrong > all mentioned so far :D
unfortunatly i decided to see what was inside mine so i dont have it anymore :(

If you have the boxes for the Eagles they are worth quite a bit. I sold one of each for best part of £400 on Ebay a few years ago, but they were both in their original plastic bubble boxes.

No mate I don't, everything was opened and played with as it should be :) Oh and Dreyfus mine also 'had' the white stripe... it actually was a sticker hence it's been peeled off at some time :(

Ours were played with, just put back in the boxes afterwards fortunately. There was a huge market for them when I sold mine, and some of the rare ones were going for big money. Think mine ended up in Italy.

I've got the same JPS Lotus as you, and also a James Hunt Hesketh and a Jackie Stewart Tyrell.

Last one..
