damn! thats a lot ! wondering if frosted acrylic bonded together would give a smoother visual appearance. water channels milled out either polished or left frosted . channel for o-ring and than all other parts glued/bonded together under a press. would be very different and so clean

We tried, we've not found a glue strong enough that doesn't react with the acrylic in some way. The screws are, at the moment, essential.

Phanteks GPU blocks are something else ! and smart to be the first to allow straight up bolt on and keep the backplate
