open box laptops?

Generally means there either, refurbs, customer returns, stuff like that, but are fully passed as 100% working, but can't be sold as new, so usually sold at a discount.
 
Could mean quite a few things. Ex-display, or just opened to check contents, returns. They will be in 100% working order. Best ringing up OcUK to ask.

it definitely will not be boxed - could be refurb or ex-display model. If you're near the location - go and check it before you buy.
