Found a new benchmark for you guys to test your systems and then brag about it on here..

Score=3214


Test ran at 1280x1024-0xMSAA and set to time-based.

I dont know what that application did to my gfx card/drivers/settings but after installing that, every time I start opengl application my pc freezes for 25seconds and then continues like nothing has ever happened... Ill boot and install drivers and see if that helps anything..

Woah that doesn't seem right. Double the ram and a GTX should beat the OP's HD2900XT.

Looks like this bench likes the 2900 cards as it pawns the 8800 range big style.. , let us 2900 owners savour the moment.
ps. make sure you have all your settings in your GFX cards control panel set to application controlled.

Lol thats exactly the same as I got, well my score was 2875 but fps max, min and avg was exactly the same.

Not really, the 2900's seem to do better in this test, they did in the last one too.

Is that a stable overclock you have on your e6600 or is just for the quick bench mark?

How did you get those speeds? I can't get mine to go above 803/888 while still being stable in game. I had them set a bit higher but bioshock crashed out on me with sound fuzz and screen freezing requiring a reboot. I tried playing with voltages a little in ATi Tool but it didn't seem to make any difference.

Anyway here's my bench:

I did not try overclocks in Bioshock, I might later on tho, dont need to overclock the card tbh.
