Open Physics - AMD GPU push

Seems AMD are trying to kick start the development of Open Physics on GPU's:

Obviously trying to get up Nvidia's nose's as its free, open and vendor neutral!

Oh yea, well spotted.

I just noticed it on the Thinq website....

Its what we need to get in game physics moving, a free and open platform that's open to all. Sounds good to me, hopefully this will produce the goods.

Nvidia should have done exactly this, years ago.

Hopefully AMD will push this in a positive manner. Just saying out 'look it's free!' wont sway devs when team green actively offer manpower and other resources for Physx titles.
