Open Source alternative to Mobirise...

I've been using Mobirise for a few websites, but now need to build a 'truly open source' website to meet some requirements.

I'm looking at a few alternatives but does anyone have a recommendation? Ease of maintenance and updates is key as other will need to work with it in the future.

Although i havent tried it as i have used wordpress in my projects but Odoo open source website builder looks like a good alternative to Mobirise.
