I am looking for a very simple open source help desk system were 2 people will accept phonecalls and create tickets for the engineers to work out.
At the moment customers will telephone to report a fault (thats how they like it!) and the operators will create the ticket for them.
Engineers then will have the options to close, escalate the ticket etc from their own decives/accounts.
any ideas? I ve found some but are based on e-mail as the communication medium.
