For some reason, especially noticeable when viewing this forum, I have found then when going forward or back to any of the sub forums there is a white screen flash between each refresh of the screen.

None of the other browsers I use does this and yet with this 11.61 release it is both annoying and distracting.

Anyone else noticed it..?
 
mmm for me it is when I click both forwards and back :(

I find it quite annoying and I have noted it in the Opera forums. It also does it for me on other websites and is most noticeable when the background colour is anything other than white, thus contrasting with that white flash.

I tend to find certain issues with Opera which make it difficult for it to become my default browser.
 
hee hee - hope that I have not spoiled it for you :)

I have found the modaco forums, AV forums and the tabletrom forums also do the same. As I spend quite a bit of time in those reading back and fourth from thread to thread I find it quite straining on the eyes to see the white flashing each time I navigate from one to another.

I will try the latest 12 build to see if that does it.
 
Not sure if anyone has had the same problem, my favicons don't seem to work with opera. Any suggestions?

Edit: ..on snow leopard btw.
