Operating Temperatures of AMD X2's

What's the maximum operating temperature of these processors. I have an AMD 939 4400+ and it's peaking at about 62-64C (According to Everest) and I'm just surfing. Are they OK? Air cooled with a Thermaltake Big Typhoon.

I'm actually seeking to migrate to Intel Core2.

Hmm... the typhoon is only running at 800RPM... must be a setting in the BIOS. Haven't checked in a long while. It's about 28C in my room.
