No. Nazi Germany didn't have the manpower or equipment to invade the British Isles in 1941. They were largely tied up in North Africa and preparing to invade Russia (they had been preparing since mid 1940 and made definite plans by December).
It would been an extremely messy and extremely cackhanded attempt at an invasion with no significant guarantee of securing a stronghold eitherway.
