OFP2 is being made by Codemasters as they own the name.

One of the best mods available for OFP. Loads of high res textures, better AI, sounds, new equipment, etc.

Also totally unplayable over MP as it is unstable as heck and either BSOD's the server or even the clients.

I just use keygets (spelling sorry

) modified files for new effects e.g. water, some grass effects and ECP.

Don't play it much now though, have stopped playing games

Make sure you get the CTI mod. Tis the only thing I play in OFP.

"Conquer The Island". Capture towns, make money, build base, build units, kill enemy base. Great fun

Ahh yeah I love that game mode

never manage to get anyone on a LAN to play that yet, but I bet it could be fun

The GOTY edition (including the Red Hammer and Resistance add-ons) is £2.97 in the large PC retailer at the moment - at this price it's a must!

To get yourself in the ofp mood you should check out some of these AAR (After action reports).

I recommend escape and evasion AAR the most.

I got mine from the bargain bin so I doubt very much that they would be getting more in. You may have to hunt around for it.
