Opinions needed *Urgent*

To be fair, unless it's on stupid miles, it probably only has had one service, or at least only have been due one service (although just clocked the miles, should have done at least 3).

Regardless, that service being missing means that the warranty will be void. Sure, you will get the ropey warranty from the garage, but that isn't what you want. You want the proper BMW Mondial warranty. And with 70k on it, that puts it in the expensive catagory.

As said above, it sound like standard M-Sport spec rather than "amazing" spec. It is also too high miles for good warranty. And doesn't sound overly cheap either. Almost standard 3 series aren't rare, so glad you got your deposit back.

A poo brown standard spec with just added Nav that's done 30k a year and managed to never be properly serviced.

Minicab?

It has got extra options but they are all little things like finding seats and folding mirrors. Its not as if it has surround view, self park and radar cruise.

Its the most common option in the 3 Series range, virtually every 3 series has it.

This car is not rare or unique and you would be nuts to buy it on the misapprehension its some sort of wonder spec.

3 year old ones are a big risk for clocking as there is not yet an MOT history to prove its mileage. This is why I would not want one with no history unless you can trace its history.

It still doesn't sound worth the bother for a brown 320d though.

The BMW warranty has expired. It's been in for it's after warranty check and had a couple of things done according to BMW.

If it doens't have the correct service history then can the BMW warranty actually be extended? Have you spoken with BMW directly yourself to confirm it?
