Optimal fan positioning for Zalman Z11

At the moment Front is intake 120mm, top are 120mm and 140mm intakes, side panels are both intakes, CPU fans are pull-push configured pushing out the back of the case, but there's no exhaust fan.

My question is this, how would you have this case configured? -

My Friend has this case u should have your front and side fans as intakes and the back and top as outakes hope this helps.
