Optimising My SSD

Had my Corsair Force GT (SATA 3 120GB) for about a year now, it's been ok but I've had a few blue screens in the past.

Just realised my drive was in IDE mode so I've changed to AHCI today.

I notice an improved boot time. However I'm unsure whether my disk is working as efficiently as possible ?

Is there some software that can could test this ?

Also I get the following messages on start-up

No Physical drive and no Virtual drive. Why is this ?

Also I'm unsure about RAID whether I should have it set or what it's about really.

what board are you using? test with atto benchmark,and as ssd,i have the same drive but a 60gb version and no issues at all
