Opting out of Contract (Orange)

Yo,

Contract with Orange ends on 29th May 2014.

I have an upgrade date of 14th Apr 2014.

Can I opt out of my contract on the upgrade date? I did the same with my O2 contract a couple of years ago.

My bills are too high using them so need to get onto Three as quickly as possible!
 
You can cancel your contract whenever you like but you'll be liable to pay any remaining line rental up until your contract end date.

Yeah I know that, but just wanted to know if I can end it at the upgrade date like I did before....
 
You're in contract with them until the date your contract finishes. If they allow you to leave early, like when you're due an early upgrade, you will be charged. They could let you go but it'll be a gesture of goodwill and is unlikely.
