Orange 4-digit identity code

Hi,

I'm just wondering if I should have got my 4-digit indentity code with my phone, or do I have to pay & call Orange to get it for the first time?

I called 450 last night and had to set one up before I could register a debit card to top up with.

Ah, ok, I guess I will have to phone them then.

Anyone got any idea of the cost of customer services please, I don't have much money to spare on the phone.

450 is free, at least I assume so as I only called to register the debit card to top up because I ran out of credit and it was 3am

When I went to register a debit card earlier it said it was going to connect me to customer services which would charge :confused:

Customer services is 25p per call. If you haven't set up a PIN code when you registered, or if the phone was pre-registered, it's likely to be the last four digits of the topup swipe card.

Last 4 digits from swipe card didn't work unfortunately
